As a Quality and Rights Specialist , lead efforts in consumer advocacy, rights protection, and quality improvement for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. This is a mission-driven role with statewide impact. ) Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives Travel regularly to homes and community agencies. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Human Services (preferred but not required) or High School Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience 2 years in the Human Services field, with direct experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness Knowledge of Michigan's Mental Health Code , licensing rules, and consumer rights Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Flexibility to travel and adapt to a dynamic schedule Ready to Make a Difference?
