Job Description

We are looking for a Provider Demographic Coordinator to support high-volume provider data operations in Minnesota. This contract position focuses on maintaining accurate demographic records across multiple databases so information is dependable for claims activity, reporting, and stakeholder use. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while partnering effectively with internal teams in a fast-paced production setting.
Responsibilities:
  • Enter, update, and validate provider demographic information in multiple systems with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review incoming requests, interpret demographic details, and convert them into correctly formatted data for processing across databases.
  • Maintain existing provider records by applying changes promptly to support reliable claims handling and network reporting.
  • Partner with internal departments to resolve questions, clarify requests, and help ensure data quality for members, providers, employer groups, brokers, and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Investigate discrepancies, troubleshoot data issues, and communicate potential downstream effects when inaccurate information could impact operations.
  • Follow established procedures and quality expectations while meeting daily production targets and turnaround standards.
  • Contribute to process documentation, policy updates, and knowledge sharing as experience grows within the role.
  • Assist with training support or guidance for demographic transaction workflows when needed by the team
