Job Description

The Analyst III is responsible for leading cross-functional, advanced analytical work requiring strong business and information analysis, knowledge of organizational processes, and awareness of departmental interdependencies, to support IEHP's strategic and operational goals. Projects include complex, large-scale strategic planning support, operations support, policy and procedure implementation, budget development, and/or program implementation and administration. This position serves as a subject-matter expert in operations, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement. The Analyst III functions as a trusted advisor to leadership by translating strategic objectives into actionable plans, conducting advanced analyses, developing executive-level recommendations, and guiding implementation efforts. The role also provides functional mentorship to Analysts and project teams sharing insights and lessons learned and providing quality oversight of analytical outputs while ensuring alignment with IEHP policies, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals.
