BCBA Specialist ABA Company Newport Beach, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $65,000 a year 21 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Teamwork Program development Experience working with individuals with autism Board Certified Behavior Analyst Applied Behavior Analysis Full Job Description We are launching a new Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company in Newport Beach, California, and are looking for an experienced and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is excited about the opportunity to help build something from the ground up. This is more than a traditional BCBA position. As one of our first clinical team members, you will have the opportunity to help shape our clinical program, establish best practices, develop treatment and supervision processes, and create a supportive culture for the BCBAs, RBTs, children, and families who will become part of our organization.

Your Role Will Include:

Conducting initial and ongoing ABA assessments Developing individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans Establishing clinical goals and programming for new clients Providing parent and caregiver training Supervising and supporting RBTs and other clinical team members Reviewing clinical data and monitoring client progress Ensuring treatment remains medically necessary, effective, and individualized Helping establish RBT training and supervision processes Supporting clinical quality assurance and compliance Collaborating with families, schools, physicians, and other professionals Assisting leadership as the organization develops its clinical infrastructure Helping recruit, mentor, and develop future clinical team members as the company grows

Who We're Looking For:
