• Position Purpose:
• Within the Ambetter Marketplace Brokerage team, you will monitor and investigate broker data for compliance, drive remediation of variances, and generate responses for multiple audits.

• This is a fully remote role.

+ Creating, analyzing and monitor broker compliance data for the Marketplace Broker Oversight team.

+ Managing broker's audits, conducting audits and monitoring brokers for next action.

+ Creating dashboards, Smartsheet, and reports to monitor broker's compliance.

+ Communicating with brokers regarding requests for audit information and follow up.

+ Ability to work with large data sets, high proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and creating PowerPoint presentations.

+ Directs, monitors and/or contributes to special projects and other planning initiatives that are highly complex and involve complaint oversight.

+ Deliver education to brokers regarding audit findings.

Preferred Skills:

+ Critical thinking skills.

+ Ability to meet weekly/monthly audit completion targets

+ Highly Proficient in Excel and Power Point. Ability to create complex Excel reports.

+ Experience in working with _broker's, sales, and insurance background._

+ Investigative experience preferred.

+ Ability to deliver broker audit findings to brokers in 1x1 education setting.

• Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of public health policy, regulatory or audit experience, preferably in a managed care or insurance industry.
• Pay Range: $56,200.00 - $101,000.00 per year
