EMR Analyst (eClinicalWorks) San Antonio, TX (On-Site)

Up to $95,000 Are you an experienced EMR professional with deep eClinicalWorks expertise? We are seeking an EMR Analyst to join a growing healthcare organization dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and operational excellence. This is a fully onsite position based in San Antonio, Texas , offering the opportunity to play a critical role in supporting and optimizing electronic medical record systems across a multi-site healthcare environment.

Important:

Candidates must have hands-on eClinicalWorks experience as an analyst, administrator, or advanced system user. Applicants without eClinicalWorks experience will not be considered. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates relocating to the San Antonio area. What You'll Do As the EMR Analyst, you will serve as the primary technical and operational resource for the eClinicalWorks platform, partnering with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to maximize system performance and user adoption. Key Responsibilities Serve as the subject matter expert for the eClinicalWorks EHR system. Analyze and troubleshoot application issues, workflows, and user-reported problems. Gather business requirements and translate them into system enhancements and process improvements. Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, procedures, and user guides. Provide end-user support, issue resolution, and training. Monitor project progress and coordinate implementation activities. Collaborate with IT teams, clinical staff, and business stakeholders on system optimization initiatives. Maintain accurate support documentation within the ticketing system. Assist with ongoing eClinicalWorks administration and configuration. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and user experience. QualificationsRequired Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (required). Minimum of 4 years of experience in business application analysis, EMR/EHR administration, project management, or a related role. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience supporting users and managing application-related issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Associate's degree or higher. Experience in a medical practice or healthcare environment. End-user training and documentation experience. Understanding of project lifecycle and project management methodologies. Knowledge & Skills Electronic Medical Record (EMR/EHR) systems expertise. Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality requirements. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Customer-service mindset with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization. Adaptability and willingness to contribute in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
