Facets Consultant - Remote / Hybrid#26-05773 Eagan, MN Hybrid Right to Hire Starts 6/15/2026 Ends 6/08/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Facets Consultant - Remote / Hybrid for a 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity with a Major Healthcare Company located in Eagan, MN. Pay range: $82.00 - $92.00 per hour, W2 Our client is seeking an experienced Facets Developer to support the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of core payer platform capabilities within the Facets ecosystem. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, claims operations, configuration teams, and technology partners to deliver scalable solutions. The ideal candidatebines strong technical expertise within Facets with a deep understanding of healthcare payer operations, including claims, eligibility, benefits, EDI transactions, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Act as lead technical consultant for a portfolio of one or more TriZetto products (Facets, TCS, NetworX, EDM/EAM, FET/MEET, OSP, etc) Analyze, design, configure, debug, and maintain new or existing TriZetto products Work with analysts and customers to establish product or project requirements Contribute innovative solutions while utilizing best practices, design standards, and governance Research technology trends and contribute to designs and technology platform decisions Collaborate with technology leaders and architecture to develop product roadmap Mentor, lead, and train other team members Design, develop, enhance, and support applications and integrations within the Facets environment Configure and customize Facets modules to support business and operational requirements Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, QA teams, and operations teams to gather and refine technical requirements Develop and maintain batch jobs, interfaces, APIs, stored procedures, ETL processes, and automation scripts Support healthcare claims processing workflows, enrollment, provider data, and benefit administration Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis across Facets and integrated systems Participate in system upgrades, patches, migrations, and modernization initiatives Develop integrations with downstream and upstream applications using APIs, EDI, and data exchange platforms Support testing activities, including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production validation Ensurepliance with HIPAA, CMS, and healthcare interoperability standards Create technical documentation, support guides, and knowledge transfer materials Participate in Agile ceremonies, including s planning, backlog refinement, standups, and retrospectives This job may include on-call duties
Requirements:
5 years of experience working with Facets in a healthcare payer environment Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations, including claims processing, membership/eligibility, benefits configuration, provider data, and billing and enrollment Experience developing and supporting Facets customizations and integrations Strong SQL development and database experience (stored procedures, data analysis, performance tuning, batch processing) Experience with healthcare EDI transactions, including 837 Claims, 835 Remittance, 270/271 Eligibility, and 834 Enrollment Experience working with APIs, web services, and integration platforms Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies Strong analytical, troubleshooting, andmunication skills Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and business stakeholders Desired skills: Experience with Facets modules such as Claims, Membership, Billing, Provider, Workflow, and Care Management Experience with healthcare interoperability standards, including FHIR, HL7, and REST APIs Cloud experience within Amazon Web Services or hybrid healthcare environments Experience with Informatica, SnapLogic, ETL tools, and data warehousing Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, or PBM operations Experience supporting large-scale healthcare transformation or modernization programs Prior experience in highly regulated healthcare environments Experience with Jira and Confluence Strongmunication and stakeholder management skills Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
