Under the supervision of the Director of Quality, Safety and Clinical Training, the Intern will support Family Care Center's business operations through administration and optimization of our Learning Management System, Ascent. This role focuses on maintaining accurate training data, supporting reporting and compliance tracking, and strengthening the infrastructure that supports clinical education. The Intern will play a key role in organizing course content, managing learner data, and contributing to process improvements that enhance training workflows, reporting capabilities, and overall system effectiveness across the organization.Essential Responsibilities:
Shadows members of assigned department as they perform their duties. Participates in department specific projects. Assists with research, filing, data entry and recording and maintaining accurate and complete departmental records. Supports the preparation of assigned department reports.Other Duties :
May reconcile departmental invoice and expense reports. Other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:
Enrollment in an accredited university required . Previous experience related to area of study preferred. Demonstrated understanding of area of study concepts. Frequently required to sit, talk, or hear and work in front of a computer. Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.Hourly Compensation:
$18 - $21 an hourLocation:
