This position combines direct clinical services, clinical supervision, staff training, consultation, and clinical quality improvement . The Senior Clinician will serve as a clinical resource to staff while supporting the Clinical Director and leadership team in maintaining high-quality, compliant behavioral health services. Responsibilities Maintain an assigned clinical caseload and provide quality behavioral health services. Provide individual and group clinical supervision as permitted by licensure and qualifications. Develop and deliver clinical training for new and existing staff. Provide consultation and coaching to clinicians regarding clinical practice, documentation, treatment planning, and professional development. Review clinical documentation and identify opportunities for improvement. Support clinical audits, quality improvement, and compliance initiatives. Provide temporary clinical coverage and support during staffing gaps or program transitions. Assist with clinician onboarding and ongoing competency development. Participate in special clinical projects and professional development initiatives.
