Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Third Party Liability (TPL) Analyst to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing third-party liability claims, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and optimizing recovery processes. Responsibilities Review and analyze third-party liability claims to determine coverage eligibility and ensure accurate processing in accordance with HIPAA, CMS, and other relevant regulations. Maintain comprehensive records of all claim activities using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and other data management tools. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for process improvement within third-party liability operations. Ensure compliance with healthcare laws such as

HIPAA, FDA

regulations, JCAHO standards, and Medicare policies through regular audits and reviews. Qualifications Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR) management systems. Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams and external partners while maintaining attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
