Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40 Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Research Navigator to support and advance clinical and operational research initiatives across our organization and the Gundersen Medical Foundation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into meaningful, data-driven outcomes that improve patient care and operational excellence. Position Overview The Research Navigator serves as a key partner to clinicians, operational leaders, and learners by guiding research and quality improvement projects from concept through completion. This role blends project management, research methodology, and data analysis to ensure projects are executed efficiently, rigorously, and with measurable impact. Key Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to translate clinical and operational questions into structured, measurable research studies Lead research and quality improvement projects from concept development through execution and dissemination Develop project plans, establish timelines, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams Identify data sources, support data collection and analysis, and interpret findings into actionable insights Proactively identify and remove barriers to keep projects on track Develop research protocols, tools, and documentation to ensure methodological rigor Support scholarly dissemination efforts, including abstracts, manuscripts, presentations, and posters Provide guidance and mentorship to staff, clinicians, and learners on research design, methods, and data interpretation
