MedMark Treatment Centers seeks a Counselor Supervisor to lead a team of counselors within our outpatient opioid treatment program. In this role, you will provide clinical and administrative supervision, ensure adherence to evidence-based practices, and support individualized care plans. You will oversee documentation quality, regulatory compliance, and outcomes-based initiatives, while mentoring staff and fostering a culture of care, respect, and collaboration.
