California MENTOR Family Home Agency Office location: Alhambra Program area: East LA, Whittier, Pico Rivera, Montebello (must be willing and able to travel for field visits in these areas regularly)
Pay:
$45,800 annual salary (overtime eligible) Everybody needs a job but only extraordinary people work here. Coordinate the development, review, and implementation of services, case management, behavior intervention plans, and treatments provided to individuals served. Oversee all services provided to individuals and their families, monitor quality of care delivered, ensure compliance with contractual terms, and monitor regulatory program compliance. Assist in the development of quality services and engaging activities that meet the individual served needs. Build and maintain relationships with families and external case managers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human services or related field. One year of work-related experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Will consider candidates without Bachelor's degree if they meet these requirements : High School diploma/GED At least two years of experience in a similar program serving individuals with developmental disabilities Valid California driver's license in good standing Reliable vehicle with proof of valid registration and insurance A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach and a commitment to quality in everything you do On-call availability required after hours and on weekends Why Join Us?
