is a 501 C 3 community organization, which believes that when provided with adequate support and the needed resources, families can identify and build on their strengths and be empowered to resolve their problems. The agency maintains highly qualified mental health professionals including: licensed therapists, social workers, psychiatrists, case managers, youth counselors, parent partners and peer support staff who provide services at our 5 locations. The agency achieves its goals of family and community empowerment by providing services in both residential as well as outpatient mental health programs. The agency is seeking qualified candidates for the ACSW/APCC/AMFT-Clinical Therapist position.

Summary:
Provide individual, family and group therapy. Complete assessment, treatment planning, case management, and discharge planning.
Education/Experience:
AMFT, ACSW, APCC
with current BBS registration. Practicum students may qualify contingent on prior experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct family-centered, strengths-based individualized assessment by gathering information from client, family, and other collateral sources, as necessary. Establish attainable goals and select appropriate interventions to reach the desired outcome. Provide trauma-informed and culturally competent clinical services to restore daily living skills, reduce/eliminate the frequency and intensity of symptoms, and enhance the clients' overall level of functioning. Provide case management by identifying other needed services and linking clients and their families to appropriate resources. Provide services in the community, schools, or in the client's home consistent with program and funding source contractual requirements. Display sensitivity to the cultural and linguistic needs of the clients and families served. Collaborate with other agency programs and with external sources such as CFT meetings. Meet the documentation deadline and adhere to the service delivery standards set forth by Medi-Cal, Community Access Network and its funding sources Complete billing expectations per agency and contract requirements and provide services within the allowable billable codes. Attend and participate in supervision, training, and staff meetings to further enhance your clinical skills to better serve your clients. Must report to work and be available to your clients on time for all scheduled sessions. Must meet the productivity standards set forth by Community Access Network. Clinicians must place the safety and welfare of their clients as top priority, treat each client with dignity, and always uphold their personal rights.
