Full-Time | Detox/Residential | 6-Bed Program ProCure Recovery is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dependable Case Manager to join our 6-bed detox and residential substance use disorder treatment program. We are looking for someone who understands the day-to-day needs of clients in early recovery and knows how to get things done. This position requires strong follow-through, communication, documentation, and the ability to coordinate multiple client needs while working closely with the clinical, medical, and operations teams. CADC certification is preferred but not required. Experience with Kipu EMR and FMLA/Short-Term Disability paperwork is strongly preferred. What You'll Do Provide case management services for clients throughout detox and residential treatment. Complete case management assessments and identify immediate client needs. Meet individually with clients to address employment, legal, medical, housing, financial, family, and other outside concerns. Assist clients with FMLA, Short-Term Disability (STD), EDD/SDI, leave-of-absence, and other employment-related paperwork . Coordinate with employers, disability companies, attorneys, probation/parole, medical providers, and other outside parties when appropriate releases are in place. Maintain accurate and timely case management documentation in Kipu EMR . Obtain and maintain Releases of Information (ROIs). Participate in treatment team meetings and communicate client needs, barriers, and progress. Coordinate outside medical, psychiatric, legal, and community appointments as needed. Begin discharge planning early in the client's stay. Coordinate aftercare, including PHP/IOP, outpatient services, sober living, recovery support, medical care, and community resources. Assist with transportation and discharge coordination when necessary. Identify clients at risk of leaving AMA and immediately communicate concerns to the treatment team. Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and client confidentiality. Follow all applicable

Part 2, and program policies and procedures . Work collaboratively with therapists, medical staff, BHTs, admissions, utilization review, and program leadership. What We're Looking For Previous detox, residential, SUD, behavioral health, or case management experience preferred . CADC certification preferred. Kipu EMR experience strongly preferred. FMLA and Short-Term Disability (STD) experience strongly preferred. Experience with discharge and aftercare planning preferred. Understanding of community resources, sober living, outpatient treatment, and recovery support services. Familiarity with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2. Strong documentation and organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on client needs. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team. Professional, dependable, compassionate, and able to maintain healthy boundaries with clients. Preferred Qualifications CADC certification is highly desirable. Candidates with hands-on experience in detox/residential treatment, Kipu EMR, FMLA/STD/SDI, discharge planning, and insurance-related case management are strongly encouraged to apply.
