Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is looking to expand their clinical skills beyond direct therapy. This hybrid role combines direct 1:1 ABA services with indirect clinical support and assistant case management responsibilities, making it an ideal opportunity for someone pursuing BCBA certification and seeking meaningful supervision experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing high-quality ABA services while developing leadership, case management, and clinical coordination skills under the guidance of a BCBA. ResponsibilitiesDirect Clinical Services Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to assigned clients. Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA. Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with caregivers regarding session updates and client progress. Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical and clinical standards. Assistant Case Management & Clinical Support Assist BCBAs with indirect case management activities. Support treatment plan implementation and clinical organization across assigned cases. Review session notes and data for accuracy and completeness. Prepare materials, organize programming resources, and support program implementation. Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinical discussions. Provide supervision support for RBTs and behavior technicians as delegated by the supervising BCBA and within credentialing requirements. Complete approved unrestricted BCBA fieldwork activities as appropriate. Qualifications Required Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience. Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Applied Behavior Analysis. Approximately 50% completion of graduate coursework toward BCBA eligibility. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Ability to balance direct therapy with indirect clinical responsibilities. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as needed. Preferred Qualified Autism Services Practitioner-Supervisor (QASP-S) credential. OR approximately 500 hours of completed unrestricted BCBA fieldwork toward certification. Previous experience mentoring or supporting other RBTs. Experience with data analysis, program implementation, and caregiver collaboration.
