Duties Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards. Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and behavioral therapy. Provide individual, group, family, and child/youth therapy sessions using modalities like psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and social work techniques. Implement crisis intervention strategies and manage urgent situations with professionalism and sensitivity. Document clinical notes accurately within Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations and clinical documentation standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate case management, patient care plans, and research initiatives. Engage in ongoing professional development through training in telehealth therapy, ICD coding updates, medical terminology, and evidence-based practices for co-occurring disorders. Requirements Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related field; licensure or certification as required by state regulations. Proven experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused therapy, addiction counseling, and grief counseling. Experience in crisis management, behavior management, patient assessment, and medical documentation standards. Familiarity with

ICD-9/ICD-10

coding systems for diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning. Telehealth experience preferred; ability to deliver clinical services remotely using secure platforms. Excellent communication skills for client engagement and collaboration with healthcare teams. Knowledge of HIPAA compliance, clinical ethical guidelines, medical records management, and clinical research protocols. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations including geriatrics and individuals with co-occurring disorders or disabilities.
