Enhance Health Group is looking for a dedicated, organized, and compassionate Case Manager to join our fast-paced outpatient treatment team! We provide Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Mental Health services and are looking for someone who can thrive in a structured, team-oriented environment while supporting clients throughout their treatment journey.

Position Details Schedule:

Monday-FridayLevel of Care:

OutpatientPay:

$25-$30 per hour, depending on experience

What We're Looking For:

Experience working in SUD and/or Mental Health treatment CADC credential preferred Experience with ASAM documentation Strong discharge planning and case management skills Experience with group facilitation Ability to respond effectively to crisis situations and client needs Strong communication, organization, and follow-through Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment Understanding of treatment coordination, community resources, and continuity of care A team player who is dependable, proactive, and passionate about helping clients build a life in recovery
