Role:

Case Management Location:

Washington, DC 100% Onsite Contract (1 year, with up to four 1-year extensions)

Pay:

- $48-$50 per hour Responsibilities Perform medical assessments and develop care plans for injured workers Conduct utilization review and evaluate medical necessity Review medical records, treatment plans, and work restrictions Track patient progress and make return-to-work recommendations Coordinate with providers, claims staff, and agency personnel Document activity in electronic medical and claims systems Requirements Current, active District of Columbia RN license Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program Minimum one year of specialized RN experience in medical assessment, care planning, utilization review, and evaluation of patient progress Clinical background in orthopedics, neurology, rehabilitation, or utilization review Working knowledge of case management and workers' compensation medical issues Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR/claims systems Able to commute to and work onsite in Washington, DC five days per week

$48.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
