CONTRACT GROUP FACILITATOR & CASE MANAGER

ASAP Position Overview Edge Treatment is seeking a dependable and engaging Group Facilitator and Case Manager to support clients participating in our PHP and IOP programs. This independent contractor position averages approximately 20-30 hours per week. Services will be provided between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday - Friday, with some flexibility in determining the exact schedule. The contractor will facilitate therapeutic groups, manage an assigned caseload, and provide case management services under the supervision of our Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Key Responsibilities Facilitate engaging, clinically appropriate group sessions using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, relapse prevention, mindfulness, and recovery-focused skill building Manage an assigned caseload and address clients' ongoing case management needs Complete accurate group notes, case management documentation, and other required records in the Kipu EMR within established timeframes Collaborate with clients and the clinical team to develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment goals Complete required 30-day treatment plan reviews Coordinate referrals and connect clients with community resources that support recovery, stability, and continuity of care Communicate effectively with members of the interdisciplinary treatment team Maintain professional boundaries and comply with all applicable confidentiality requirements, including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 Follow organizational policies, clinical procedures, and documentation standards Required Qualifications Active CCIT , CADC-I, CAC-I, CARES, or equivalent Georgia-recognized substance-use counseling credential Experience facilitating groups in a substance-use disorder or behavioral health setting Strong clinical documentation, organization, and time-management skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the clinical team Experience providing case management services, including treatment planning, referrals, and resource coordination Professional, dependable, and comfortable working with clients at varying stages of recovery Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working with PHP or IOP clients Experience using Kipu or a similar behavioral health

EMR Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
