Rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing direct services and who enjoys the flexibility of working in a variety of settings. The successful candidate will work full-time (evening hours, Monday - Friday) with clients at housing sites in Madison and St. Clair Counties in Illinois. Position is eligible for a shift differential.
Responsibilities :
Provide integrated assessment and treatment planning, therapy, community support, and medication training and monitoring in the location most conducive to the consumer's level of change including the client's apartment or another community location. Link clients to additional clinical resources. Complete clinical screenings of new tenant housing referrals. Help to develop programs. Support and back up other team members. Promote the recovery model of treatment including trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectedness.
