We are especially interested in clinicians who primarily work with adults and have developed a specialty, niche population, or advanced clinical training that they are passionate about. At Mindworthy Therapy, we believe therapists do their best work when they have the opportunity to practice authentically, continue developing professionally, and maintain a sustainable caseload. Our full-time clinicians see a minimum of 20 completed sessions per week. Beyond that minimum, we support you in building a caseload and schedule that fits your clinical interests, professional goals, and life outside of work. You don't need to build your own referral network, manage billing, or figure out the business side of private practice. We take care of the business so you can focus on being a great therapist. Who We're Looking For We are looking for a master's-level clinician who is fully licensed in Illinois (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or equivalent) . Pre-licensed therapists will also be considered based on their clinical experience, specialized training, demonstrated clinical skills, and areas of expertise. Quality Referrals Without Having to Market Yourself Mindworthy Therapy provides administrative and marketing support to help connect you with clients who are looking for the types of services and specialties you provide. You don't have to spend your evenings trying to fill your caseload. W2 Employment & Paid Professional Time Enjoy the stability and benefits of W2 employment without the administrative responsibilities of running your own private practice. Therapists are also compensated for required professional activities outside of client sessions, including team meetings, mandatory trainings, supervision, and other qualifying administrative time. Compensation $67,000-$108,000+ annually for full-time clinicians , depending on licensure, experience, caseload, and monthly productivity. Our compensation structure is designed to reward clinicians as they build and maintain a strong caseload, with increased per-session compensation available at higher levels of monthly productivity. In addition to compensation for completed client sessions, therapists receive paid administrative time associated with qualifying professional activities. Required team meetings, mandatory trainings, supervision, and other qualifying administrative time are compensated separately from client sessions. Pre-licensed clinicians are also eligible for productivity-based increases in their per-session compensation, with compensation determined based on licensure status, clinical experience, specialized training, and caseload. Position Responsibilities Provide psychotherapy primarily to adult clients Develop strong therapeutic relationships and provide high-quality clinical care Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop thoughtful case conceptualizations Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' presenting concerns, needs, strengths, and goals Utilize therapeutic approaches consistent with your training, expertise, and scope of practice Complete and maintain timely, accurate psychotherapy documentation Maintain an organized schedule Communicate appropriately and professionally with clients and the practice Collaborate and communicate with other professionals involved in a client's care, as appropriate and with proper authorization, including psychiatrists, physicians, school social workers, and other treatment providers Participate in peer consultation and clinical collaboration Attend scheduled staff meetings Participate in required trainings and supervision Participate in continuing education and professional development Maintain ethical, professional, and legal standards of clinical practice Work collaboratively with the Mindworthy Therapy team while maintaining appropriate clinical independence

Qualifications Required:

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Licensed or provisionally licensed to practice in Illinois Strong clinical, written, and verbal communication skills Strong clinical assessment and case conceptualization skills Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and provide appropriate clinical interventions Ability to maintain timely and accurate documentation Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred:

Fully licensed in Illinois (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or equivalent) Experience working primarily with adults Specialized clinical training or certification Established clinical niche or area of expertise At least two years of post-graduate clinical experience for fully licensed applicants Pre-licensed applicants may be considered based on clinical experience, specialized training, and demonstrated clinical skills.
