Clinical Autonomy Without the Isolation You will have the independence to practice according to your clinical training and approach while having a team available for consultation, collaboration, and support. We value clinicians who can work independently—but we don't believe independent means on your own . A Sustainable Caseload Full-time clinicians maintain a minimum of 20 completed sessions per week . We don't believe therapists need to maintain an unnecessarily high caseload to provide excellent care. Beyond the 20-session minimum, we encourage therapists to build a schedule that supports their clinical interests, professional goals, and work-life balance. Quality Referrals Without Having to Market Yourself Mindworthy Therapy provides administrative and marketing support to help connect you with clients who are looking for the types of services and specialties you provide. You don't have to spend your evenings trying to fill your caseload. W2 Employment & Paid Professional Time Enjoy the stability and benefits of W2 employment without the administrative responsibilities of running your own private practice. Therapists are also compensated for required professional activities outside of client sessions, including team meetings, mandatory trainings, supervision, and other qualifying administrative time. Compensation $67,000-$108,000+ annually for full-time clinicians , depending on licensure, experience, caseload, and monthly productivity. Our compensation structure is designed to reward clinicians as they build and maintain a strong caseload, with increased per-session compensation available at higher levels of monthly productivity. In addition to compensation for completed client sessions, therapists receive paid administrative time associated with qualifying professional activities. Required team meetings, mandatory trainings, supervision, and other qualifying administrative time are compensated separately from client sessions. Pre-licensed clinicians are also eligible for productivity-based increases in their per-session compensation, with compensation determined based on licensure status, clinical experience, specialized training, and caseload.
