On-site The Primary Mental Health (MH) Therapist is responsible for providing comprehensive, client-centered mental health services o individuals diagnosed with primary mental health and co-occurring disorders. This role serves as the primary clinician for assigned clients, overseeing assessment, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, clinical documentation, and coordination of care within a multidisciplinary treatment team. Clinical Care Serve as the primary clinician for assigned mental health clients in PHP and IOP programs. Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and diagnostic assessments. Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, group, and family therapy addressing mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and emotional regulation. Utilize evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based interventions, and psychoeducation. Case Management & Coordination Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, case managers, and external providers. Participate in clinical team meetings, case reviews, and utilization review discussions. Support discharge planning, step-down planning, and continuity of care. Documentation & Compliance Complete all required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure documentation meets insurance, DPH/DMH, and organizational standards. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and applicable ethical standards. Professional Responsibilities Maintain active licensure and required continuing education. Participate in clinical supervision, trainings, and staff meetings. Uphold organizational values, clinical standards, and professional boundaries. Required Active licensure (LMHC, LICSW/LCSW, or LMFT). Minimum of 1-2 years of experience providing mental health treatment. Experience working with co-occurring disorders preferred. Preferred Experience in PHP/IOP or higher levels of care. Training in trauma-informed and evidence-based treatment modalities. Strong clinical judgment and therapeutic skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to manage a caseload and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
