Qualifications:
```- Associates degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology, nursing)
- Previous experience in case management or a related healthcare role preferred
- Strong knowledge of physiology and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of patient service principles and practices
