We are seeking a dedicated and experienced MST (Multisystemic Therapy) Supervisor to lead our 3rd MST clinical team in delivering high-quality mental health and behavioral care services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in clinical supervision, behavioral health, and community-based interventions, with a focus on supporting individuals with diverse needs, including developmental disabilities, co-occurring disorders, and neurodevelopmental conditions. As an MST Supervisor, you will oversee treatment planning, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and foster a collaborative environment that promotes client-centered care and professional growth. Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to MST therapists and support staff, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis, and behavioral management techniques. Oversee intake assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing case management for clients across various settings including home, community, and hospital environments. Lead clinical team meetings to coordinate care strategies, monitor progress, and address complex cases involving mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders.
