A community service provider in Keene, NH is seeking a Licensed or license eligible Clinician to join their team. This master's-level clinical role provides family-focused therapy, psychoeducation, and support to families and natural supports of individuals experiencing early psychosis. The clinician will work as part of an interdisciplinary team using recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and evidence-informed practices. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys working with families and helping them navigate the challenges of early psychosis. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or family-focused clinical sessions based on participant and family needs.
• Deliver family psychoeducation on psychosis, treatment, relapse prevention, and recovery.
• Help families develop communication, coping, problem-solving, and shared decision-making skills.
• Support families in understanding symptoms, treatment options, and their role in recovery.
• Collaborate with therapists, prescribers, and other FEP team members to provide coordinated care.
• Participate in treatment planning, clinical supervision, training, and quality improvement activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Follow HIPAA, Medicaid, regulatory, and agency requirements. Additional Information Help for Additional Information. Qualifications
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related clinical field.
• Licensed in New Hampshire or eligible for New Hampshire clinical licensure as a LCSW, LMHC or
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience, including family-based clinical work and/or experience with first episode psychosis or early serious mental illness.
• Experience providing family psychoeducation and clinical support.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Experience with clinical documentation and regulatory requirements. Additional Requirements
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation and proof of automobile insurance.
• Ability to travel and transport clients in accordance with agency policy when required.
