IIC gives clinicians the opportunity to understand the youth within their real environment and help families create meaningful, sustainable change. What You'll Do As an IIC Clinician, you will: Provide individual and family-based therapeutic interventions in the youth's home and community. Build therapeutic relationships with children, adolescents, caregivers, and families. Develop individualized treatment goals based on the youth's needs. Support emotional regulation, behavioral change, coping skills, communication, and family functioning. Collaborate with caregivers and members of the youth's treatment team. Complete required clinical documentation within established timeframes. Participate in clinical supervision and consultation as appropriate. Maintain professional, ethical, and culturally responsive clinical practice. Eligible credentials may include:

LCSW LSW LPC LAC LMFT

LAMFT and other qualifying master's-level clinicians in accordance with NJ Children's System of Care requirements. Bilingual and multilingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.
