Case Manager :
LSW credential or a Master's Degree in social work or closely related field. A minimum of three years of experience as a case manager (or closely related position) in a private or public rehabilitation center, healthcare setting, or social service environment. Prior experience working in rehabilitation program , day treatment, and/or residential programs for individuals with traumatic brain injuries. Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate and work productively as a member of a multidisciplinary team. Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals. Knowledge of disabled advocacy groups , accessible housing, and long-term alternatives for adults with traumatic brain injuries.
