Case Manager Absolute Authorizations Orangeburg, NY Job Details Full-time $75,000 - $85,000 a year 21 hours ago Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off 401(k) matching Qualifications Clinical information systems Medical License Full Job Description Absolute Authorizations is looking for on-site Case Managers specializing in insurance authorizations to join our team in Orangeburg, NY. We proudly support dozens of skilled nursing facilities across the country, fighting every day to ensure patients get the continued care they deserve. This is an on-site role at our Orangeburg office — you will not be required to travel to the skilled nursing facilities we service. Must have some experience with various EMR systems for nursing and therapy. The Case Manager will manage a caseload of managed care patients, submit clinical reviews and appeals, advise facilities on the documentation needed to better advocate for patients, attend the facility's weekly UR meetings, ensure the facility is optimizing its managed care utilization, and serve as the interface between the facility and various managed care payors, among other responsibilities.
