Lighthouse is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals recovering from substance use and mental health challenges. In this role, you will provide therapeutic services, advocacy, and support to clients as they navigate their recovery journey. Working under the guidance of a Clinical Supervisor, you will be part of a collaborative team committed to delivering person-centered, trauma-informed, and recovery-focused care. What You'll Do As a Clinical Therapist, you will: Provide individual and group counseling, case management, and crisis intervention services within your scope of practice and licensure. Develop and maintain comprehensive treatment plans, safety plans, discharge plans, service documentation, and clinical reports in accordance with organizational, accreditation, funding, and licensing requirements. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical records that meet Quality Improvement and billing standards. Part 2, mental health laws, and professional ethical standards. Connect clients with community resources and facilitate referrals to address barriers to recovery such as housing, employment, education, financial concerns, and social support needs. Collaborate with healthcare providers, community partners, and other service professionals to promote coordinated, holistic care. Respond professionally and promptly to community partners and referral sources. Encourage healthy community engagement, social connection, and positive reinforcement strategies that support long-term recovery. Deliver services using a person-centered, strengths-based, and culturally responsive approach. Qualifications Required Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Human Services, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Active Ohio licensure in one of the following:

LCDC II, LCDC III, LSW, LPC, LICDC, LISW, LPCC

Ability to successfully complete a BCI background check, corporate compliance requirements, and pre-employment drug screening.
