Job Description
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in psychology, social work or related field with experience in a mental health setting. Licensed providers preferred. Current MHACBO eligibility/registration as a QMHP or currentOregon Licensing Board Associate Registration Primary Responsibilities:
Implements and maintains the organization's philosophies, principles, and procedures in all facets of performance. Provides services and conducts self in a manner consistent with the profession Code of Ethics. Provides clinically appropriate treatment based on mental health assessment and treatment plans. Treatment includes initial assessments and evaluations, scheduled therapy appointments, case management services, education of clients and family members, and provision of group sessions. Completes timely and accurate documentation. Meets audited tested requirements. Assures continuous reimbursable sessions for assigned clients in accordance with client needs. Participates in planned supervision and case consultation meetings. Come prepared with an agenda and keep supervisor informed. Participates in professional development through individual and group supervision, unit and agency staff meetings and workshops. Develops, modifies, and/or obtains training programs and materials in consultation with supervisor and program manager. Promotes peer professional development by sharing training materials and/or training others in successful interventions. Will be required to achieve productivity standards as set forth and outlined by your manager. Performs unique duties, as assigned by Program Manager or Supervisor.
