Job Duties Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify strengths, needs, and treatment goals. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and clinical best practices. Provide ongoing therapy sessions using appropriate, evidence-based modalities. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, case managers, and support services when appropriate. Support clients in building coping skills, improving functioning, and working toward personal goals. Adhere to all applicable ethical, legal, and regulatory standards. Education Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related field. Qualification Experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical, community, or private practice setting. Strong knowledge of assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions. Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and appropriate boundaries. Proficiency in clinical documentation and familiarity with electronic health records is preferred.
