About Us Relational Wellness Therapy and Consulting is a growing group practice serving individuals, couples, and families in Northwest Indiana and through telehealth. Our practice is rooted in relational, systemic, culturally responsive, inclusive, and trauma-informed care. We are looking for an Associate Therapist who wants to grow their clinical skills, build a consistent caseload, and be part of a supportive and collaborative practice. The Position This is a W-2 hybrid position based in Merrillville, Indiana, with a combination of in-person and telehealth sessions. Clinicians will provide therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families based on their clinical interests and experience. Because couples and relational work are a significant part of our practice, we are especially interested in clinicians who enjoy working with couples or would like to further develop their skills in couples therapy. Responsibilities include maintaining a consistent caseload, completing clinical documentation and treatment planning in a timely manner, participating in supervision and consultation, and providing ethical, culturally responsive care. Qualifications Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Current or eligible Indiana clinical or associate-level licensure LMFT or LMFT-A preferred , but we welcome clinicians from other disciplines, including LMHC-A and LSW, who have experience working with couples and families or a strong interest in developing their relational and couples therapy skills Interest or experience working with individuals, couples, and/or families Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Comfortable providing both in-person and telehealth services Open to supervision, feedback, consultation, and continued professional development Commitment to culturally responsive, inclusive, and affirming care Evening and some weekend availability preferred What We Offer W-2 employment $45 per completed clinical session Clinical supervision provided toward independent licensure for eligible associate-level clinicians Regular case consultation and clinical support Referrals provided with support in building and maintaining a consistent caseload Billing and administrative support Flexible hybrid scheduling with in-person and telehealth opportunities Autonomy in managing your clinical schedule Opportunities for continuing education and professional development Supportive, collaborative small-practice environment Opportunity to grow with an expanding group practice Caseload We are seeking clinicians interested in maintaining approximately 10-15+ sessions per week, with opportunities to grow over time.
