About Radiant Resilience Counseling Radiant Resilience Counseling is a values-driven private practice focused on helping clients build self-understanding, emotional resilience, and meaningful change. Our approach is casual, relational, and grounded in evidence-based practices, with room for humor, honesty, and real-life complexity. We specialize in working with ADHD, anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, and trauma. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and self-directed associate level clinician to join our growing practice. This role is ideal for someone who values autonomy, flexibility, and a supportive professional environment while building or maintaining a caseload. Responsibilities Provide individual therapy to adolescents and/or adults (optional: couples or families) Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Manage your own schedule and caseload (with referral and marketing support from the practice) Engage in outreach and relationship-building efforts within the community to support client referrals and visibility Utilize evidence-based modalities aligned with your clinical strengths Communicate professionally with clients and practice owner as needed Maintain a caseload that can provide a minimum of 20 client hours a week What We Offer Flexible schedule - build a caseload that works for you Support with caseload growth Autonomy in clinical approach and niche development Consultation and support, including free supervision Billing support EHR system provided (SimplePractice) Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or Counseling Licensed or license-eligible in Arizona Experience providing psychotherapy to diverse populations LGBTQIA+ informed and affirming Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently Interest in areas such as ADHD, women, spirituality, or life transitions preferred
