Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking an organized and service-oriented IDES Case Management Specialist to support the coordination and tracking of cases throughout the Integrated Disability Evaluation System (IDES) process. This position provides administrative and case management support, maintains accurate case documentation, monitors case status, and coordinates information among service members, medical personnel, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable managing multiple cases simultaneously, and able to communicate effectively while handling sensitive information. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate and track assigned cases throughout the IDES process. Maintain accurate and current case files, documentation, and tracking systems. Monitor case status, milestones, deadlines, and required actions. Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures. Coordinate with service members, medical personnel, administrative staff, and other stakeholders. Identify delays, missing documentation, or outstanding requirements and facilitate resolution. Enter and maintain case information in applicable databases and tracking systems. Prepare case status reports, correspondence, and other required documentation. Maintain confidentiality of medical, personnel, and other sensitive information. Provide timely updates and administrative support to stakeholders throughout the case process. Assist with scheduling, follow-up, and coordination of required appointments or actions. Ensure case documentation is properly organized and maintained. Perform other case management and administrative duties as assigned. Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in case management, program coordination, healthcare administration, military support, or a related field. Strong organizational and case-tracking skills. Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and competing priorities. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders. Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience supporting the Integrated Disability Evaluation System (IDES). Experience working with military service members or within a Military Treatment Facility. Experience with DoD, federal government, or government contracting environments. Case Management certification or related professional certification. Familiarity with medical terminology and disability evaluation processes. Experience working with electronic medical records or case management systems.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
