In this role, you will provide evidence-based psychotherapy and clinical support to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. Your expertise will help clients navigate mental health challenges, develop coping strategies, and achieve their personal goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact through direct patient care, crisis intervention, and innovative treatment planning in a supportive environment committed to professional growth. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards and evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, etc. Deliver individual, couples, family, and youth therapy sessions utilizing modalities. Engage in crisis management and crisis intervention to support clients experiencing acute mental health episodes or co-occurring disorders. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations and clinical ethical guidelines. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including social workers, medical professionals, educators, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Participate in ongoing clinical research, data collection efforts, and treatment outcome evaluations to enhance service quality. Skills Proven experience in psychotherapy techniques including motivational interviewing, grief counseling, addiction counseling, and trauma-focused therapy. Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to mental health assessments and the DSM Skilled in crisis management, behavior management, patient assessment, and treatment planning for diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. Familiarity with telehealth therapy platforms and clinical documentation standards for remote service delivery. Ability to work effectively with individuals experiencing PTSD, anxiety, life transitions, depression, etc. Excellent communication skills for client engagement and interdisciplinary collaboration. Knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements and ethical guidelines governing clinical practice.
