Licensed Therapist (LMSW or LCSW) | Hybrid Private Practice 1099 Independent Contractor | Irving, Texas Grow Your Practice Without Doing It All Alone We're a growing mental health private practice looking for an LMSW or LCSW to join our team in Irving. This is a flexible hybrid opportunity for a clinician who enjoys both in-person and telehealth therapy. We handle the administrative side of private practice so you can focus on your clients and your clinical work. You bring your laptop and your expertise. We take care of the rest. What We Provide Insurance credentialing, typically completed in approximately 45 days Client referrals and appointment scheduling Insurance verification, billing, and claims management EHR and HIPAA compliant telehealth platform Administrative and marketing support Fully furnished office space in Irving Flexible scheduling and support as you grow your caseload Already have clients? Bring them with you. We can assist with transitioning them into our scheduling and billing systems. What You'll Do Provide individual, couples, family, youth, and/or group therapy within your areas of competence Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide a combination of in person and telehealth sessions Utilize evidence based and clinically appropriate therapeutic approaches Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Follow ethical, HIPAA, and professional standards of care We're also expanding our psychoeducational, support, and process groups and welcome clinicians who have ideas for groups they'd love to develop and lead. What We're Looking For Active Texas LMSW or LCSW license in good standing Professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain it Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills Knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working independently Availability to provide both in person and telehealth services Newer and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply. LCSW supervision may also be available for LMSWs working toward clinical licensure. Compensation This is an independent contractor position with compensation paid per completed client session.

LMSW :

$50 per completed session

LCSW :

$55 per completed session Clinicians are also compensated at their applicable session rate for client no shows when the appointment qualifies for and results in a billable no show fee. Your caseload and schedule are flexible, while our team supports you with referrals, credentialing, scheduling, billing, office space, and administrative services.
