Job Description
H&H Counseling, LLC is a rapidly growing behavioral health practice serving clients throughout New Hampshire. We are seeking licensed therapists who are looking to build a meaningful caseload while maintaining flexibility, autonomy, and work-life balance. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, in a hybrid capacity, or from our Tilton, NH office. What You'll Do Provide individual therapy to adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life stressors, relationship concerns, trauma, ADHD, and substance use concerns Maintain clinical documentation within our EHR system Collaborate with practice leadership when appropriate Deliver high-quality, ethical, client-centered care What We Provide Flexible scheduling Administrative support Insurance credentialing Billing services Electronic Health Record (EHR) Marketing and referral support Clinical consultation and professional support Optional office space in Tilton, NH Qualifications Active New Hampshire license including LCMHC, LICSW, LMFT, MLADC, or equivalent independently licensed behavioral health credential Ability to maintain a professional caseload Strong communication and clinical skills Compensation 1099 Independent Contractor Estimated annual earnings: $80,000-$130,000+ Compensation based on caseload and services provided Schedule Flexible Preferred availability to maintain approximately 25+ client sessions per week Join a growing organization focused on expanding access to quality behavioral healthcare across New Hampshire while helping shape the future of the practice.
