ClearCompPT.com). ClearComp Patient Managers receive patient referrals via email from insurance adjusters and nurse case managers. They contact patients, schedule them with the appropriate physical therapy facilities and provide all patient treatment documentation/progress reports to the referring adjuster, nurse case manager and MD. Reliability and accountability are vital to the success of this position.
Essential Job Requirements:
1. This position works in the corporate office Mon- Wed, 8 hrs p/da, 24 hrs p/wk, and from home Th-Fri 8 hrs p/da, 16 hrs, total 40 hrs p/wk. 2. Cheerful, upbeat and helpful phone persona 3. Committed to delivering the best customer communication in the workers compensation industry. 4. Independent self starter 5. Organized, disciplined and accurate. 6. Process oriented. 7.
