ClearComp Patient Manager Medical office Customer Service position overview: Candidates must complete applicant questions to be considered for this position. 2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting required. Not seeking CNA and MA certifications About us: ClearComp works directly with employers and workers compensation insurance companies to provide Physical Therapy, (PT), for patients injured at work, (www.

ClearCompPT.com). ClearComp Patient Managers receive patient referrals via email from insurance adjusters and nurse case managers. They contact patients, schedule them with the appropriate physical therapy facilities and provide all patient treatment documentation/progress reports to the referring adjuster, nurse case manager and MD. Reliability and accountability are vital to the success of this position.
Essential Job Requirements:
1. This position works in the corporate office Mon- Wed, 8 hrs p/da, 24 hrs p/wk, and from home Th-Fri 8 hrs p/da, 16 hrs, total 40 hrs p/wk. 2. Cheerful, upbeat and helpful phone persona 3. Committed to delivering the best customer communication in the workers compensation industry. 4. Independent self starter 5. Organized, disciplined and accurate. 6. Process oriented. 7. Computer proficient in WORD, Gmail, Efax and Microsoft 365. 8. Able to thrive in a high volume/busy healthcare environment.
