We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and compassionate Program Counselor to join our state-licensed and Joint Commission accredited Euless treatment center. Why This Role Matters As a Program Counselor, you will be a cornerstone of our clients' recovery journey. Your work will directly shape each client's recovery story and will play a meaningful role in shaping their futures. What You'll Do Provide individual, family, group, and crisis counseling in a supportive, therapeutic environment. Lead process groups and psychoeducational groups that promote healing, insight, and connection. Meet with detox clients and gather assessment data to support individualized treatment planning. Maintain a caseload of 8-10 clients, including screenings, case management, treatment planning, discharge planning and individual sessions. Create and maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation in our electronic medical record system. Collaborate closely with referral sources, community partners, and internal clinical/medical staff. Assist Utilization Review by ensuring records support authorizations and ongoing coverage. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and organizational initiatives that enhance program quality. Contribute to a positive, supportive team environment and help strengthen our clinical culture. Perform other related duties that support client care and program excellence. What We're Looking For LCDC preferred. LPCs are strongly encouraged to apply. One year of clinical experience preferred , but passionate new clinicians are welcome. A genuine desire to work with individuals battling addiction and co-occurring disorders. Familiarity with the 12-step model is helpful, though not required. We also value openness to multiple pathways of recovery, including SMART Recovery, Recovery Dharma, Celebrate Recovery, and other evidence-based or peer-supported frameworks . A collaborative, client-centered approach that respects individual and community healing is key. Strong documentation skills and comfort using electronic medical records.
