We offer counseling services for children, teens, adults, couples, and families. Founded in 2013, our purpose is, through care and compassion, to add value, hope, and healing to the lives of adults, children, teens, couples, and families. Our counseling services amplify and hone the strengths and resources we all serve.

Empathy Authenticity Growth Impact Community with Autonomy We are seeking a motivated Practicum Student eager to gain hands-on experience working with children and teens. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with our team to develop professional skills and contribute to real-world initiatives. Ideal candidates are proactive, quick learners, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond clients' needs. Students will gain practical work experience and receive a broad range of experiences including: Practice clinical skills by working with clients in the community in offices. Work collaboratively with other therapists and your clinical supervisor to create treatment plans with clients. Learn and utilize the clinical documentation process, including progress notes, consultation notes, treatment plans, and diagnostic assessments. Conduct assessments. Understand compliance with billing and clinical documentation policies. Benefit from individual and group supervision. Attend ECG case consultation meetings. Enjoy opportunities for internal educational seminars. Participate in outreach activities.
