Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Therapist to provide substance use disorder and mental health support to individuals in our residential treatment program. The ideal candidate will have experience in various therapeutic modalities and a strong commitment to helping clients achieve their personal goals. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment plans. Maintain accurate medical documentation, including intake forms, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients, including case management and coordination of services. Engage in data collection for treatment outcomes and program evaluation purposes. Skills Experience in addiction counseling and behavioral health interventions preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology, documentation standards, and record management. Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
