A Retail Associate Manager assists the manager at a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. Supervises sales associates and retail store operations. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. May prepare work schedules and hire, train and evaluate sales associates. May supervise warehouse, cleaning, maintenance or security staff. Assists with resolving customer complaints.

We are currently growing and are looking for experienced individuals to support us in this endeavor. Job Description Acts as store leader in absence of store manager and assistant store manager. Responsible for opening and closing the store in the absence of the assistant store manager and store manager. Stocks shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise consistent with rotation schedule and store/department layout. Pulls outdated merchandise from sales floor according to established procedures and prepares for salvage disposal. Sets up and arranges merchandise displays on counters or tables to promote sales. Full-time position. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. One to three years related experience and/or training. Must have ability to work a flexible schedule. Some travel required. Valid driver's license and safe driving history required. Must have ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen. Additional Information Beginning rate of pay is $13.33 per hour.
