Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot eCW problems and follow issues through completion. Experience developing or delivering EHR training. Working knowledge of HIPAA, patient confidentiality, and role-based system access. Strong communication, teaching, documentation, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to explain technical information clearly to nontechnical users. Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize urgent operational issues. Ability to work primarily from the corporate office and travel locally to clinic locations as needed. Preferred Qualifications Three or more years of advanced eClinicalWorks experience.
