Job Description Seeking an experienced EpicCare Ambulatory Senior Analyst to support and optimize Epic applications across a diverse ambulatory care environment. This role will focus on enhancing workflows, supporting clinical operations, and driving system improvements for Primary and Preventive Care services, Sleep Medicine, and patient engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of EpicCare Ambulatory and related Epic applications.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements and implement effective Epic solutions.
  • Support ambulatory workflows across specialties including: o Internal Medicine o OB/GYN o Pediatrics o Psychiatry/Behavioral Health o Additional Primary and Preventive Care specialties
  • Lead and support initiatives related to Sleep Medicine workflows and documentation.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize MyChart patient-entered questionnaires and related patient engagement tools.
  • Manage incidents, requests, and enhancement work through ServiceNow and established IT service management processes.
  • Participate in testing, validation, upgrades, and implementation activities.
  • Provide troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and end-user support for Epic applications.
  • Support reporting and workflow optimization efforts, including RWB (Reporting Workbench) functionality.

  • EpicCare Ambulatory Certification (required).
  • Minimum 5 years of Epic analyst experience or demonstrated experience at a Senior Analyst level.
  • Strong experience supporting and configuring EpicCare Ambulatory workflows.
  • Experience working with Epic applications and ServiceNow.
  • Proven ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and collaborate with clinical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Epic MyChart Certification
