SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-Bay Position Overview:

• This position will be primarily onsite in Oakland, CA. Serves as the resource for digital workflows across the Sutter Health Application suite. Provides support to less experienced support analysts and all Sutter clinical employees in the use of electronic health record (eHR) and other technologies, including eHR onboarding and training, and proficiency maintenance and enhancement. Assists with new eHR functionality, go-live support in all regions and upgrades, and applies best practices and experience to effectively address complex clinical/technical issues in diverse healthcare delivery environments.

Pay Range is $122,761.60 to $184,142.40 / annual salary The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled.
