Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior EPIC Analyst to join our dynamic healthcare technology team. Support Epic clinical applications by providing system analysis, configuration/build support, testing, quality assurance, and user training. Apply Epic and healthcare workflow expertise to support system functionality and clinical operations.
Responsibilities:
Epic Support:
Analyze and support Epic EHR applications and clinical workflows.
System Build:
Support Epic application configuration and build activities.
Testing & QA:
Develop and execute testing activities and maintain quality standards.
User Training:
Provide training and support to clinical and operational users.
Application Analysis:
Analyze system functionality, workflows, and business requirements.
Problem Resolution:
Troubleshoot application issues and develop effective solutions.
Implementation Support:
Support clinical system implementations and related projects.
Documentation:
Maintain technical documentation, testing records, and system information.
MUST HAVE
MUST have Epic Ambulatory experience and certification. MUST have 9+ years of related experience/training OR a Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 5+ years of related healthcare/Epic build experience. MUST have strong knowledge of Epic EHR systems, database structures, and healthcare operations. MUST have in-depth knowledge of clinical application specialty areas. MUST have experience with system testing and quality assurance. MUST have experience providing user training and support. MUST have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Shift Timing:
7:00 PM-7:00
AM Weekly Schedule:
Friday and Saturday CH1
Pay:
$100.00 per hour Application Question(s): Do you have Epic Ambulatory experience? Do you currently hold an Epic certification?
