Full-time Description:
Please note: This is an on-site role and is not eligible for remote work. Regular in-person collaboration with clinical teams is essential to the success of this position.
Clinic Schedule:
If hired prior to the same-day clinic opening, workdays will be Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (PT), with a planned transition to Wednesday through Sunday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (PT). MCHC is seeking an experienced EHR Support Analyst to support our Same-Day Clinic and clinical operations teams. This is an on-site position working directly with providers, clinical staff, and operational leaders to ensure the effective use and optimization of our electronic health record system. We are looking for a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys helping others succeed through training, coaching, and technical support. What You'll Do Provide day-to-day support for Epic users, including troubleshooting, coaching, and workflow guidance. Train new providers and staff on Epic workflows and best practices. Deliver one-on-one and group training sessions to improve user competency and efficiency. Maintain Epic tools such as preference lists, SmartPhrases, provider records, and other system configurations. Manage Epic error queues and In Basket pools. Collaborate with OCHIN and internal teams to implement upgrades, enhancements, and workflow improvements. Test new Epic features prior to deployment and assist with change management. Serve as a liaison between MCHC and OCHIN to ensure timely resolution of system issues. Provide go-live support and ongoing optimization for clinical and operational teams. Requirements:
High school diploma or GED. Minimum two (2) years of EHR experience. Preferred Qualifications Epic EHR experience strongly preferred, particularly in training, support, workflow optimization, or application maintenance. Experience facilitating trainings, workshops, or group presentations. Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Outpatient clinical background (e.g., Medical Assistant or LVN). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and webinar/virtual platforms.
