Job Description
Support Specialist, PACE Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm This position is on-site in Grand Junction, CO The Support Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for individuals calling and plays an important role in creating a welcoming, compassionate, and professional experience for participants, families, referral sources, vendors, and community members. This position is primarily responsible for answering and managing incoming telephone calls, identifying caller needs, providing accurate information within the scope of the role, routing calls to the appropriate individual or department, and ensuring messages and follow-up needs are communicated promptly and accurately. What is PACE? PACE or Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly is a federal and state funded program that provides comprehensive, coordinated, and proactive whole-person care to help maintain and improve seniors' health so they can live safely in their homes. There are 180 PACE programs, serving more than 80,700 participants in 33 states. Minimum Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one (1) year administrative support, healthcare, or related experience required.
- Valid Colorado driver's license, adequate automobile insurance, and unlimited access to reliable transportation maintained throughout employment.
- Experience with audits, accreditation, or regulatory environments is a plus.
- Pay range starting at $18.07-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
