We are seeking motivated individuals to join our client's team as Application Analysts (Epic Cadence) . Under direct supervision, the analyst will collaborate with technical staff to conceptualize functions and data structures, create functional specifications, and ensure systems meet customer expectations. This role bridges Information Technology and end‑users, ensuring applications support quality and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and optimizing enterprise‑wide applications across multiple platforms, while providing ongoing hardware, software, and application support. What You'll Do Provide professional application support including planning, deployment, and optimization across platforms. Lead and monitor projects with complex scope requiring integration across multiple modules. Collaborate with analysts to conceptualize functions, data structures, and functional specifications. Assist in troubleshooting and modifications to existing functionality. Train end‑users and participate in design sessions. Analyze trends , develop performance goals, and report outcomes to management. Utilize emerging technology to recommend solutions. Coordinate multiple projects and serve on interdisciplinary teams. Ensure compliance with IT guidelines and procedures. What We Need 3+ years as an EPIC Cadence Analyst EPIC Cadence Certification Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to resolve conflicts and collaborate effectively Understanding of Bayhealth user community and Population Health concepts Proficiency in MS Office Suite Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's preferred Preferred Experience Clinical database software knowledge Experience in healthcare application implementation and optimization
